Will Howard goes next level by trolling Curt Cignetti after huge Ohio State win

This was simply hilarious from Howard.

This was the opportunity for No. 5 Indiana to make a statement and prove that they belong in the 2024 College Football Playoff. Instead, the Hoosiers traveled to Columbus and with the rest of the country watching, they got dominated by No. 2 Ohio State.

This was a dominant performance from the Buckeyes, who cruised to a 38-15 victory. It was a game to remember for Will Howard, who of course needed a quick cigarette break on the sidelines. Wait, what?

Yup, the FOX cameras caught Howard trolling Indiana and head coach Curt Cignetti, with him pretending to smoke a cigarette, throwing it on the ground and putting it out. Yeah, that 'cig' celebration was next-level trolling, reminding Cignetti that Ohio State still owns the Big Ten. Goodness:

Ohio State QB Will Howard is going viral after trolling Curt Cignetti and Indiana

On the day, Howard finished with 201 passing yards, two touchdowns, one interception and arguably the best troll job in college football this season. After the final whistle, though, Howard made it more than clear in his postgame presser that he has nothing but respect for Cignetti and the Hoosiers.

Sure, it was a great thing to say, as Indiana has been fantastic this year. However, don't be shy, Mr. Howard - your reaction to the win has a lot of people laughing, especially tons of folks in Columbus who are fired up over the victory.

This was a huge game for both sides. Unfortunately for Indiana, this could leave them on the outside looking in for the College Football Playoff. That's not something for Ohio State to worry about, as Ryan Day and Co. continue to look like one of the best teams in the land. OSU fans are dreaming of a natty and the convincing win over Indiana only has people even more excited about the postseason to get here.
