3. The Ohio State football team must want to dominate the game from the start

This is an Ohio State football team that should be angry. In the last game they played, they came up losers. That should tick them off and make them want to punish their next opponent. Nebraska is that next opponent. Ohio State should want to dominate this game from the start of the game.

Ohio State needs to come out with a killer instinct. They need to score on their first possession of the game and stop the Cornhuskers on their first drive. The Buckeyes need to come out looking for a big lead to set the tone of the game in the first quarter. That would make sure that they can't come back and win the game.

A big lead early is exactly what this team, and crowd, need. Ohio State football fans are going to this game expecting domination, especially after seeing what the Hoosiers did to Nebraska. Ohio State is a better team than IU, so they should be able to do something similar.

A big early lead would show that Ryan Day has gotten through to this team during the bye week. Specifically on the defensive side of the ball. Day has talked about wanting his team to leave no doubt. Coming out firing on all cylinders and taking a huge lead would do just that.

If Ohio State can do all of these things, they will win this game. Whether they can do all three things remains to be seen.
