Ohio State head coach Ryan Day is a busy man, especially during the football season, and it is not just because he is getting his team ready to play on the weekends. Along with coaching the No. 1 team in the country, Day is still working on the recruiting trail, whether it is going out on the bye weeks or welcoming recruits into Columbus on game day.
For one committed recruit, Day must have his eyes set on him as he is working to flip his decision to Ohio State. Three-star linebacker Braxton Rembert has been committed to Wake Forest since mid-June, but Day is seeing if he can get the Georgia native to come a little more North up to Ohio.
Even though Rembert has announced his commitment, everyone knows nothing is official until he signs with the school. Day is working to flip the No. 123 EDGE rusher and No. 167 player in the state of Georgia to the Buckeyes over the Demon Deacons. Rembert's rankings are all according to 247Sports, and while some may ask why Day is working to flip a three-star recruit, well, why not?

Day prides himself on his team having a lockdown defense, so if he is going after a three-star recruit committed to another school, he must have his reasons.
As a member of the Mill Creek football team, the same high school that star Ohio State defender Caleb Downs went to, Rembert is working towards winning a football state championship. However, when he is done, according to an interview with 247Sports, Rembert is interested in visiting Columbus.
Rembert officially received an offer from the Buckeyes this week, which he announced via his social media.
