The Ohio State football team has one of the most valuable programs in terms of television views. No matter what network they are on or what time they play, people watch. They either watch because they are rooting for them or watch because they hope they lose.

To television networks, it doesn't make a difference. Views are views, so the bidding process to have Buckeye games on is very high-stakes. We know that The Game is on at noon on FOX and will likely be for the foreseeable future. We also know the game times and networks of Ohio State's first two games.

The Ohio State football team will take on Akron in the opener on August 31st. That game will take place at 3:30 on CBS. It's the second year in a row that the Buckeyes will open up their season on CBS. Last season, it was against IU and they were the first Big Ten game on CBS.

Ohio State will take on Western Michigan in the second game of the season and it will surprisingly be a night game. It will be at 7:30 pm on Big Ten Network. Both of the first games will be at home in the Shoe. It's a bit strange that this game is at night, but that's okay. It will still be warm at that point in the season.

Those three games are the only ones that we know the game times and networks for so far. The rest of the schedule will come out during the season, which is fairly annoying. I wish the Big Ten would just announce where each game was being broadcasted before the year starts.

We still don't know about Penn State. Oregon, the other big game on the schedule, also hasn't been announced. Those two games could decide how Ohio State finishes up its season.
