One of the Ohio State football team's best players isn't in College Football 25

While most of the Ohio State football team is in the new college football video game, one of the best players on the team is absent.

The Ohio State football team is one of the best teams in the new college football video game. In EA Sports College Football 25, they are rated as the second-best team in the entire game. They have the best defense rated in the game, which makes sense when you look at the roster.

Plenty of members of the defense decided to come back this season to beat Michigan and win a national championship. Players such as Jack Sawyer, Denzel Burke, and J.T. Tuimoloau could have been high draft picks in the 2024 NFL Draft. All decided to return to Ohio State.

Speaking of Tuimoloau, Ohio State football fans were really excited to play as him in College Football 25. He's one of the best players on the team, not just on the defense. Unfortunately, fans won't get to use Tuimoloau in the game because he's not in it.

Tuimoloau is the best Ohio State football player not in the game and is by far the most notable as well. He would have been one of the highest-rated players in the game, not just on the Buckeyes. Instead, he isn't featured in the game at all and he isn't the only one.

Starting left tackle Josh Simmons is also not in the game. He's the only other starter who has opted out of the game. In total, 11 Buckeyes are not in the game. Most of those players are guys who just got onto campus because they are either transfers or true freshmen.

It's unclear why any of these players decided to not allow themselves be in the game. It's also unclear if any of them will appear in the game at any point this season. There will be constant roster updates, so it is possible that these guys decide to get into the game at some point.

Personally, this won't affect my enjoyment of the game. Ohio State still has the best defense in the game even without Tuimoloau in it. It's going to be very fun.
