The Ohio State football team got a locker room upgrade before the season starts.

The Ohio State football program brings in a lot of money every year. Part of that money is going to start going directly to the players thanks to the new NCAA settlement. Part of it also helps upgrade facilities. A program like Ohio State has to have top-notch facilities.

Not only do really good facilities help the Buckeyes win on the field, but it helps them win on the recruiting trail too. Recruits want to have the best possible facilities. The coolest facilities help bring in five-star and four-star recruits, so that's what the Buckeyes strive for.

The latest upgrade for the Buckeyes is a brand-new locker room. Ohio State upgraded them in a big way and now each player has a locker that they can be proud of and show off. Not that they weren't great before, but they're now even better. Take a look at the video below.

I would want to play for a program that has a locker room like that. Those seats are sick. The players have everything they could possibly need in their lockers. There is storage for everything, as well as a comfortable place to get ready before a game or a practice.

These facilities were made sure to get done before recruits took a visit this weekend. The Buckeyes have several recruits on campus this weekend as they try to bolster their 2025 recruiting class. Ohio State still has the second-best class in the country, but they want more.

Upgrading facilities is a great way to make sure that happens. Ohio State should never run out of money to do what needs to be done to make sure that they have the best facilities not only in the Big Ten but in the entire country. That's what their goal is and should be.
