Ohio State football: Quinshon Judkins' mom shuts down stupid rumors

Right about now, stupid rumors fly around while some schools are on Spring Break. That's exactly what happened recently and an Ohio State football player's mom shut those down quickly.

The Ohio State football program is in the middle of Spring practice right now. They are in the middle of doing work that will better prepare these players for the season ahead. They don't have time for silly rumors that fans from other fanbases throw out on social media.

That's exactly what has happened recently with new running back Quinshon Judkins. A rumor has been floating around on social media that Judkins wanted to head back to Ole Miss. This was started despite the fact that he recently celebrated getting his black stripe removed.

Why would Judkins want to go back to Mississippi after just having started practices with the Ohio State football program? No reason was given in this so-called rumor. It was something so stupid that people spreading it couldn't even logically come up with a reason for why it would happen.

Judkins' mom decided that she had had enough and took to social media to put the stupid rumors to bed.

As you can see, there is absolutely no credence to this rumor. If you see anything on message boards or stuff flying around on social media, ignore it. Judkins' own mother has put that rumor to bed. He's just trying to prepare for a national championship run.

Judkins has obviously already impressed coaches enough to get his stripe removed. Even though he's going to be sharing snaps, he should still be extremely effective this season. I think he's going to be one of the best running backs in the Big Ten despite being a backup.

I'm very excited to see how Chip Kelly uses the running game this season. Judkins is going to be able to stay fresh with TreVeyon Henderson sharing carries with him. He could end up having 10+ touchdowns again with the Buckeyes.
