While the former Ohio State football player was only in Columbus for one season, he still has a clear disdain for Michigan.

When he came in the 2021 recruiting class, Quinn Ewers was the highest-rated recruit in Ohio State football history. He reclassified a year early in order to get an NIL deal. He got paid a hefty amount and didn't play much in Columbus. In fact, he never threw a single pass.

Ewers decided to transfer back home to Texas in the 2022 season. He didn't want to stick around to try and win the starting job in 2023 because he wasn't going to overtake C.J. Stroud in 2022. Instead, he transferred to Texas. He has started each of the last two seasons for the Longhorns.

Ewers decided to return to the Longhorns for this season so he could improve his draft stock and win a national championship. He led Texas to the College Football Playoff a year ago too. His first game this year is against TTUN, and that's exactly what you'll hear Ewers call them too.

Former Ohio State football player Quinn Ewers still won't call Michigan by their name

Even though Ewers was only in Columbus for one year, he still clearly dislikes Michigan. When talking about them, he only refers to them as TTUN. Take a look at the clip below.

I think it's great that Ewers has decided that he still hates Michigan. Even if he isn't playing for Ohio State anymore, he still knows the importance of the rivalry. Ewers is probably going to be the best player on the field in that game now that so many players have left Michigan.

Ohio State football fans will be rooting for Ewers in that game because even if he did leave the Buckeyes, beating Michigan is always good. For once, Michigan is actually playing a hard non-conference game and Ohio State has an easy non-conference schedule.

The Buckeyes will face Texas once Ewers is gone. They take on the Longhorns in 2025 when Ewers will be in the NFL.
