The Ohio State football program held its annual Pro Day on Wednesday. It was an opportunity for NFL executives and coaches to get a close look at the Buckeyes. Most of these players worked out at the NFL Combine, but this was another opportunity for people to get a closer look at them.

Sonny Styles was one of the best performers at the Combine. In fact, he had a historical performance. He showed off what an athletic freak he is and just how strong his traits are at the linebacker position. At Ohio State's Pro Day, he had another solid workout.

Afterwards, some players were seen talking to NFL coaches and executives who were in attendance. Styles was spotted talking to a team that has been linked to drafting Styles since the Combine. That team is the New York Giants.

Once he was done working out, Styles was seen sharing some laughs with new Giants head coach John Harbaugh. After the team released Bobby Okereke, the team is in need of a new starting linebacker, and Styles seems to fit that bill. Harbaugh seemed to like what he saw.

New York holds the fifth pick in the draft. Styles was able to push up his stock after that humongous performance at the Combine. After he worked out in Indy, drafting him in the top five doesn't look like such a far-fetched proposition any longer. He is a really good player.

Styles is still raw at the linebacker spot, as he has only played there for the last two seasons. Still, he can cover, rush the passer, and stop the run at a high level. All of those things lend him to be considered one of the best draft prospects at any position on the field.

It's highly unlikely that Styles drops out of the top 10 when the NFL Draft comes along next month.
