The Ohio State football team is on a bye this week, which sucks for everyone with no plans on Saturday. Well, while one day off might impact your weekend, some good news has come in for the next matchup on the schedule for the reigning national champs.

Come Week 5, the Buckeyes and Ryan Day will be traveling across the country to take on the Washington Huskies. The Buckeyes are going to be favorites for this one, but playing at Husky Stadium is never going to be easy. Thankfully for everyone, though, kickoff was announced and these two sides will be facing off at 12:30 p.m. local time, and 3:30 ET for everyone back home in Ohio:

Game day tips for Ohio State football fans traveling to Seattle for Week 5

There's always a scare that games on the west coast might start at 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. PT. Just ask Michigan State fans how livid they are for the 11 p.m. ET start for the Spartans at USC this weekend. That game won't wrap up until well after 2 a.m. for everyone in East Lansing.

That's not going to be the case for the Buckeyes, though, as an afternoon start on Montlake is on the way. The weather in Seattle is going to be fantastic too, with the temperature expected to be in the high 60s and sunny on Saturday. Looking for something to do before the game?

Seattle is beautiful this time of year if you're heading over to the 206 for this one. If you're up early enough, a morning walk around Greenlake with a coffee would be ideal. If you're staying close to Husky Stadium, a walk through campus is recommended, while a morning stroll through the Capitol Hill area features loads of great restaurants and coffee shops. The 'maple bars' in Washington are fantastic. Oh, before we forget, walking down by the lake near the stadium is a no-brainer too - it provides fantastic views.

As for the action on the field, Ohio State will enter this matchup at a perfect 3-0 and as the No. 1 team in the country. After taking down then No. 1 Texas, the Buckeyes have followed that up with dominant wins over Grambling State and Ohio. Washington and Jedd Fisch will give the Buckeyes a different kind of challenge, but something tells us Julian Sayin, Jeremiah Smith and others won't have too many issues coming out on top in this matchup.
