The Ohio State football program gets to play the best team in the country on Wednesday. It's the second chance that the Buckeyes didn't think they'd get after losing to Michigan in the final game of the season. Instead, they get a chance to take on the Ducks in the Rose Bowl.

Instead of it being a home game for Oregon, it will be a neutral site. There will be a lot more fans of the Ohio State Buckeyes in Pasadena than there were in Eugene. That gives the Buckeyes a much better chance to win this game, as does a rebuilt defense.

The weather didn't really play a factor in the first game between these two, as it was still pretty warm in Eugene. This game is going to be played in Pasadena, which usually has pretty good weather this time of year. Will that change for this year's version of the Rose Bowl?

Ohio State football vs. Oregon Rose Bowl forecast

According to the Weather Channel, it's going to be a really nice evening for football. It will be about 70 degrees at kickoff, and it will only get down to 60 by the time the game is over. There will be no precipitation for the game either, which is common for the Rose Bowl.

The wind will not be a factor for this game either, with it blowing just 2-5 mph throughout the contest. That means that the kicking game should not be affected at all for either side. This game will just be decided by who the better team is on the field, as it should be.

Both offenses are built for speed and precision, so expect both to operate at a high level. It's going to be a great game for the sport of College Football.
