Week 4 was a pretty good time for former Ohio football players in the NFL. They were able to put up some really strong performances, as we told you about. Monday showcased a few Ohio State Buckeyes on the New York Jets. Both Justin Fields and Garrett Wilson are key players for them.
Fields missed each of the last two games due to a concussion, which was very bad for a Jets team that doesn't have much firepower offensively. Fields was explosive on Monday night with his feet, but he also had some pretty nice plays with his arm, as well.
Fields had a spectacular highlight running the ball, scoring a 43-yard touchdown on a fourth-down play that left announcers with their jaws on the floor.

That was a really good play by Fields, and it wasn't the last one a former Buckeye would have. He had a touchdown throw to Garrett Wilson for a touchdown at the end of the game that was one of the best touchdown catches you'll ever see.
Former Ohio State football player Garrett Wilson has an incredible catch from Justin Fields
Wilson is the best offensive player that the Jets have on their roster, and he has been ever since he was drafted by the Jets in the first round a few years ago. Take a look at this catch that Wilson was able to reel in from Fields as the Jets were trying to mount a comeback.

Unreal catch from Garrett Wilson 👏 pic.twitter.com/YeJjnSHHqn
Wilson's body control and his hands on this touchdown catch were incredible. He was able to catch it over the defender's head, while keeping his two feet in-bounds right next to the line. Wilson has had to deal with some bad quarterback play throughout his career, which has been unfortunate.
By the time the game was over, Wilson finished with six catches for 82 yards and a touchdown. Fields was 20/27 for 226 yards and that one touchdown pass. On the ground, he had seven carries for 81 yards and that spectacular touchdown run. Yet, the Jets lost 27-21.
JK Dobbins had a nice night for the Broncos on Monday night in the doubleheader, rushing for over 100 yards on 16 carries. He became the first 100-yard rusher Denver has had since 2022. Dobbins was at least on the winning end of a game, as the Broncos took down the Bengals.
Hopefully, Fields and Wilson are able to join them in the win column sometime soon.
