The Ohio State basketball team was looking for a bounce back after losing to Texas A&M last week. That was their first loss of the season and it made them drop out of the polls. On Tuesday night, the Evansville Aces traveled to the Schott, giving the Ohio State Buckeyes an easier opponent to beat.

It looked like it was going to be another slow start. Ohio State was down 8-7 with under 12 minutes left in the first half. After that, the Buckeyes were able to score some more points. That was the closest the game would get. Ohio State ended up blowing the Aces out.

Ohio State ended up winning the game by a wide margin, winning the game 80-30. It's the kind of blowout that can really help a young team build some confidence. Not only will it help build the confidence of the starters, but also a young freshman who has burst onto the scene.

John Mobley Jr., also known as Juni Mobley, has been great to start the season. Mobley had another great game in this one off the bench. He was the one who helped the Buckeyes jump-start their offense in the first half. Mobley had seven points early in the game to help them get out of their offensive rut.

Devin Royal was the real star of the show. He had 20 points on 7/9 shooting and grabbed 12 rebounds. The sophomore looks a lot more comfortable in his role this season. Jake Diebler seems to have found a way to unlock the best play from him.

The next game Ohio State plays is on Friday against Campbell. It's another game that they should be emptying the bench in, just as they did against the Aces.
