Michigan should be scared to play against Ohio State after latest showing

Even though they got a win, TTUN should still be afraid to take on the Buckeyes later this year based on how they played against Michigan State.

The Ohio State football program has lost four straight games to TTUN. They haven't been able to crack the code under Ryan Day for some reason. That looks like that might change this year, especially after last year's loss propelled the Buckeyes to winning the national championship.

This year, the Ohio State Buckeyes look like the best team in the country. Their defense is somehow better than it was last year, even though last year's defense led the country in most statistical categories. This looks like it could finally be the year that Day gets it done with his own players against TTUN.

Michigan took on Michigan State this weekend, while the Buckeyes had a bye week to prepare for Penn State. TTUN only beat the Spartans 31-20, and Michigan State might be the second-worst team in the Big Ten. Bryce Underwood's performance should scare Michigan fans for what is coming against Ohio State.

Michigan should be afraid of how Byrce Underwood could play against Ohio State

Underwood was awful against the Spartans, going 8/17 for 86 yards. He also should have had a fumble, had the refs not made a terrible offside call. He did have a touchdown run. Still, those kinds of numbers can beat Michigan State, but they will have no effect against the Buckeyes.

Ohio State has shut down some really solid quarterbacks. They have been able to bring down Arch Manning, Demond Williams, and Luke Altmeyer. All of those quarterbacks are better than Underwood at this point. None of them was able to do damage against Matt Patricia's defense.

Ohio State won't be tested until that final game of the regular season. The rest of their schedule sets up pretty nicely, so they will be able to prepare for them over the last month of the season. Day has his sights set on ending the narrative that has been surrounding him regarding this game.
