The Ohio State football team is basking in the glory of a national championship. With everything that went into the season, they deserve to celebrate. Of course, attention has already turned to 2025 for several Buckeyes as they announce whether to declare for the draft or stay in school.

Ohio State has a lot of seniors, so they will all be headed for the NFL now that the year is over. There are only a few juniors on this team who could decide to come back. One of them already announced he's headed to the NFL, as Quinshon Judkins will leave after just one year with the Buckeyes.

On defense, the Ohio State Buckeyes have a couple of guys who could decide to stay if they wanted to. One of those players is linebacker Sonny Styles. Styles played his first season at linebacker after playing last year at safety. He has decided to return for his senior year.

Styles announced on social media that he would be running it back with the Buckeyes after winning it all.

Styles was a lot more involved in plays this season as a linebacker. He had 100 tackles this year for the Buckeyes, six sacks, and a forced fumble. He is looking to put up even bigger numbers next year with the Buckeyes. There's a chance we could see him play more on the edge as well.

Putting someone like Styles on the edge would give Ohio State a better chance to harass the quarterback. Styles is a great player, and he wants to show just how great he can be as a senior. Having him back is huge for Ohio State.

Styles came in as a five-star safety recruit. So far, he has been pretty solid. He is ready to show off that five-star talent as a linebacker in 2025.
