The Ohio State football team had one of the toughest games that anyone will play all year when they took on Texas in Week 1 of the college football season. They squeaked out a 14-7 victory in what was a hard-fought defensive battle. It vaulted them into the number one ranking in the polls.

Now that that game is in the rearview mirror, the Ohio State Buckeyes play a much easier opponent for Week 2. Grambling State comes to town to get crushed in what is the perfect game to have after the grind that Texas was. Julian Sayin and the offense should be way more effective on Saturday.

The only thing that could derail a great offensive performance from the Buckeyes in this game is some bad weather. The weather could not have been more perfect for the opener. There is some rain in the forecast for this Saturday, though.

Ohio State football vs. Grambling State weather forecast

While there is rain in the forecast on Saturday, it will all be early in the morning. By the time this game kicks off at 3:30 pm, it should be long gone. It will be 70 degrees and sunny when this game starts, which is the perfect temperature for a game. When it's over, it will be about 64 degrees.

The wind will not be a factor in this game either. It will blow about 3-10 mph throughout the game, meaning that the passing game and the kicking game should not be affected at all in this game. It will be a much cooler second game than Ohio State fans are used to having.

This should be another great day for college football. Ohio State is hoping that it can showcase how dangerous its offense can be when they aren't playing against a really good defense. They expect to score at least 42 points in this game against such an overmatched opponent.
