This week will be the first time that the Ohio State football program travels on the road for a game this season. It's not an ideal opponent, as they will travel to Seattle to face Washington. Not only is this a West Coast trip, but the Huskies haven't lost in 22 straight contests at home, a streak that goes back to 2021.

The Ohio State Buckeyes are still the top-rated team in the country and possess much more talent than Washington does. You wouldn't know that with the way the line has been falling over the last week, but the Buckeyes are still favored to win this game.

Washington is undefeated and still a very good football team. One FOX analyst believes that the Buckeyes might get some fits from Washington, especially since this is Julian Sayin's first start on the road.

FOX analyst Joel Klatt things Washington will cause issues for the Ohio State football team

While speaking on The Herd with Colin Cowherd, Klatt explained that he thinks the Huskies are underrated and can give the Buckeyes some issues on Saturday afternoon.

"I actually think Washington might give Ohio State some fits in this one. Not only the environment, but a quarterback who can run around and be mobile. I think the 8.5 that this game is right now, I would probably take the 8.5 and Washington. I could see Ohio State using a conservative game plan, Colin."

Since Klatt said this, the line has gone down even further to 7.5. Still, Klatt does go on to say that he believes the Buckeyes will win this game by a touchdown. He really likes what quarterback Demond Williams Jr. can do for the Huskies, although Ohio State held Arch Manning in check.

The Huskies should not be disrespected, but the Buckeyes are clearly the better team. It would be surprising if they didn't end up winning this game by double-digits. If this game is close in the first half, it likely won't be after halftime adjustments are made, specifically on offense for Ohio State.
