The Ohio State football program has been dealing with a very chaotic Transfer Portal window. They have seen 30 players leave the program in the portal this offseason so far, with a few days still left. Quite frankly, it's something that the Buckeyes need to address.

Losing this many players in one offseason is alarming. Recently, the Buckeyes have done a better job of adding some elite players from the portal to their own roster. Still, the Ohio State Buckeyes have to figure out a better way to replace guys, including four receivers who have left in the portal.

Quincy Porter is one of the receivers who bolted for the portal. He played just one injury-plagued season for the Buckeyes. The former five-star recruit has now decided that he is going to play for a team that Ohio State owns, and that is the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Porter will play for a team that the Buckeyes have beaten three times in the last four years, including in last year's national championship. The biggest issue that the Fighting Irish will have to deal with is getting Porter healthy, something that he was not able to do this season.

Porter suffered a knee injury that kept him out of most of the season. In his lone season with the Buckeyes, Porter had just four catches for 59 yards. He was not productive when he was even out on the field. Still, Ohio State would have loved to have kept him moving forward.

Ohio State would love to add one more receiver from the portal, but it has bigger needs to address, first. The Buckeyes still need to add a kicker, defensive linemen, and a corner. Along with an offensive lineman, those are the biggest needs for Ryan Day in the Transfer Portal over the next few days.
