Normal people underestimate just how big football players are. That's especially true of Ohio State football players. They get the best of the best, and have for decades. It's part of the reason why they have been one of the best programs in college football history.
The Buckeyes had a lot of big players on their 2002 national championship team. That team beat one of the best teams ever assembled in Miami. They went 14-0 and won their first national championship since 1968. It was a crowning achievement in the program's history.
One of the Buckeyes who won that title is defensive tackle Kenny Peterson. He was a key starter on the defensive line that helped not just stop the run but also plug holes up in the middle. One motorist decided to disrespect him, and he instantly regretted it.

A video circulated on social media of Peterson punching the driver of a car. Allegedly, the driver had spat on Peterson just before the video starts. Take a look at the video clip below.
Peterson gets in a ton of licks on this guy, and it looks like he clearly won the fight. It doesn't make any sense why people would ever do something like this to a man as large as Peterson. He played in the NFL for seven seasons, too, so he has a lot of experience in hitting large men.
Peterson doesn't seem like the kind of person who goes looking for a fight, so something extreme must have happened for him to have this reaction. I imagine that there were some choice words said to Peterson in addition to being spat on, and that's why he decided to take matters into his own hands.
If people were nicer, this kind of stuff just wouldn't happen. Peterson is someone who clearly shouldn't be messed with, and this video shows just that.
