Saturday will be the second straight weekend that the Ohio State Buckeyes are playing on FOX. They are the Big Noon Kickoff game again as they welcome Illinois into town. Normally, Dave Portnoy is on set with the other Big Noon personalities, as some Barstool employees are now part of the show.
However, Portnoy is a noted Michigan troll. He hates Ohio State and constantly voices that opinion. He claimed last year that Ohio State didn't allow him on campus, while the university denied that. Now, Portnoy is complaining that he can't be on campus again this weekend.

Portnoy took to social media to complain about not being able to be on campus this weekend, alleging that Ohio State is still banning him.

Every week, Portnoy finds something to complain about that is Ohio State-related. It seems that the Buckeyes live in his head rent-free. He is more focused on the Ohio State Buckeyes than the Wolverines. Of course, the only time he had anything to talk about was when TTUN cheated.
During that time period, TTUN was winning games all over the place, including several in a row against Ohio State. Now, Portnoy is trying to act like the Wolverines are somehow better than Ohio State, even after last year's blowout. Ohio State has a clear advantage over them.
To be clear, if Ohio State did decide to ban him, I'd be all for it. There's no need for a troll like him to be on campus bad-mouthing the Buckeyes every chance he gets. He is only focused on hating the Bucks for views, and he knows what he's doing. It was odd that Big Noon made the decision to add him to the coverage in the first place.
Ohio State is going to smash Illinois whether or not Dave Portnoy is on campus
Whether Portnoy makes his way on campus will have no bearing on Ohio State's game against the Illini. They will likely smash Illinois whether Portnoy is there or not. The Buckeyes are just much more talented than Illinois, and that's why they are such massive favorites.
Ohio State still needs to figure out how to fix the third-down issues and the short-yardage running game. Those are likely going to be the two biggest problems that they try to correct during this game. Backups should be able to see the field, as this game should be in hand in the fourth quarter.
Ryan Day has been vocal about the issues that his team faces, especially coming off the Week 2 loss at Texas. Ohio State knows these issues have to be fixed before the meat of the Big Ten schedule starts next week, starting with a game at Iowa.
Ohio State is still one of the most talented teams in the country. They just have to put it all together. A dominant win over Illinois, sticking it in Portnoy's face, would be a nice way to start out the Big Ten schedule.
