Ohio State is one a a few teams still undefeated this season, and right now, it feels like no one is going to be able to stop this high-flying Buckeyes team. The offense is beginning to click more and more, and the defense looks even better than it did last season, which almost seemed impossible.

The Buckeyes are cruising through right now with a huge win to start off the season against then No. 1 Texas and now with their first Big Ten win against Washington. The Huskies were able to put up a good fight in the first half, but Ohio State knew how to shut it down in the second half. Famous sports talking head Colin Cowherd is even chiming in on how the Buckeyes are looking, and for once, he can be agreed with.

Cowherd made the claim that Ohio State looks unstoppable right now, and even though they won a National Championship last season and lost a lot of key players, they may look even better this year. One of the biggest reasons that Cowherb believes this team has gotten better is not just because of the players, but the coaching staff.

"This is powerhouse personnel, great offensive coach, I think Ohio State looks like a team that's going to play for the National Championship," Cowherd said.

Bringing in Matt Patricia as the new defensive coordinator after the departure of Jim Knowles was an absolute genius choice by head coach Ryan Day, and it certainly has paid off. Cowherd believes Ohio State won't lose a game because other teams are going to struggle to score so much with how well this defense is being coached by Patricia.

The offense, while it may not be as explosive as it was last season, is coming together nicely, and Day is working to help them get better every game. Working with Julian Sayin, a young quarterback in his first season as a starter, is tough, but he is certainly looking like a seasoned pro out there at times.

Joel Klatt even made an interesting analogy comparing Ohio State to Usain Bolt. Klatt said that when Bolt runs the 100m, it looks effortless to him while everyone is straining to try and beat him. Klatt believes that is what Ohio State is right now: they are effortlessly out there doing what they do while everyone else struggles to find a win.

Ohio State certainly still has some big games left on its schedule, but the argument is fair that this team looks better than last season and could easily be in another National Championship this season.
