3. Bralan Womack
Earlier this spring, the Buckeyes were able to land a five-star safety recruit. Blaine Bradford is listed as the second-best safety in the country, and he is already a part of Ohio State's 2026 recruiting class. He might not be the only safety to commit to the Buckeyes, though.
Ohio State is still pursuing the top safety in the class, Bralan Womack. Womack is from the state of Mississippi and is slated to make his official announcement on August 22nd. He stands at 5'11 and 195 pounds and does everything that the Buckeyes are looking for at that spot.
Right now, Womack is predicted to pick the Buckeyes. He has had a crystal ball prediction for Ohio State for quite a while. Still, there are rumblings that the NIL package they have for him might not be exactly what he's looking for. That could end up changing his mind.
Matt Guerrieri has proven that he's a pretty good recruiter. If he could land the top two safeties in the country, that would further solidify that fact. He is working hard to land Womack before that late August commitment date that Womack has set.
If the Ohio State football program can land these three five-star guys, they have a real shot at landing the top recruiting class in the country.
