Final Score Prediction: Ohio State football 38, Michigan State 7

The Ohio State football team should definitely dominate every aspect of this game. Michigan State comes into this game out-manned and out-matched. I would love to finally see the Buckeyes be able to put together a four-quarter game and I think it will come on Saturday night.

Offensively, let’s see what Kyle McCord can do when the offense is opened up for him. The Spartans don’t have a great pass rush so timing should not be an issue. Let McCord connect deep a few times with his skill position players, and let’s feed Marvin Harrison Jr. some so he can get back into Heisman contention.

Defensively I just don’t see how the Spartans can move the ball. They have a decent running game and Rutgers was able to run the ball on Ohio State last week. I would love to see Jim Knowles put the clamps down and not let the Spartans get much traction going on the ground. I also would not expect to see some banged-up players on defense, so Ohio State’s depth may be tested in this contest.

But at the end of the day, Ohio State should come out with a convincing win. Put the pedal down and let’s put together a four-quarter game.
