As we all know, former Ohio State football player Dwayne Haskins didn’t have the best pro career. He was a first-round pick by Washington and was never able to get the trust of his coaches. He had some immature moments that made him get in his own way.

Haskins was never able to get another shot in the league as a starter because he was tragically killed in an accident last year. He would have gotten a chance to take over as the Steelers’ starter had he been able to play well enough in camp. We never got to find out.

Fox Sports commentator Colin Cowherd apparently still thinks Haskins is alive and playing football for the Washington Commanders. During his show today, Cowherd released a list of quarterbacks that, in his opinion, cannot win the Super Bowl. Haskins was on that list.

For someone that touts himself as an expert on sports and the NFL, this is completely idiotic. First of all, how does he not know all of the quarterbacks fighting for jobs in the NFL currently? It’s literally his job to know these things and talk about them on the air.

Secondly, how could he possibly let this happen? How could the producers let this happen? How did someone not realize that Haskins is no longer with us? This is a slap in the face to all Ohio State football fans, Haskins’ family and friends, and anyone associated with Haskins.

In a re-air of the show, Haskins’ name was taken off that list after social media backlash. He’s issued no response to this idiotic doing of his. In fact, he’s been tweeting since the incident with no mention of it all, as has his show feed. What a disgrace!

Next. Every ex-Buckeye in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. dark

We’ll let you know if he offers an apology of some sort or if he just continues to ignore it.
