Ohio State Football Spring Game weather report
By Ryan Stano
Anyone that lives in Ohio has seen all sorts of weather when the Ohio State football team has its annual Spring Game. Sometimes freezing cold and everyone needs a winter jacket in the stands. Sometimes you get your first sunburn of the year watching the team. It’s a crapshoot every year.
This year, there has been some good weather leading up to the game. Every day this week has been in the 70s so far and it has even gotten above 80 in some spots. It’s been sunny most days too. Quite frankly, this is our first great weather week of the year.
So how will the weather be for the Ohio State football team tomorrow? It looks pretty good right now. When the game kicks off at noon, it will be 72 degrees and partly cloudy with wind only blowing about 5 mph. By the end of the game, the temperature will be up to 78.
There is very little chance of rain during the game tomorrow. There is only about a 15% chance during the game. I don’t think the players or fans will have to worry about that. But if you are deciding to head down to the Shoe, sunglasses and sunscreen would probably be good to bring.
I’m glad that the weather is going to be so nice for the game. That means that we can have a really good look at these players without outside factors hampering their performances. It would’ve been a shame if it had rained the whole time so we couldn’t assess how Kyle McCord is throwing the ball or something like that.
Hopefully, the Buckeyes are able to get out of the game without suffering any injuries and it’s a successful game all around!
