The 2023 recruiting class is all signed for the Ohio State football team. It was taken care of yesterday after no one signed on National Signing Day because everyone else had signed during the early signing period. Now it’s time for the Buckeyes to turn their attention to 2024.

Ohio State already has a few commitments for that class so it’s off to a decent start. They are still trying to build the bulk of the class now that they don’t have to worry about the 2023 cycle any longer. Landing a running back, which they failed to do in 2023, would be nice early.

Well, the Ohio State football program is in the final four for a four-star prospect at that position. Jordan Marshall has Ohio State, Michigan, Tennessee, and Wisconsin in his final four schools. He announced his final four schools on social media earlier today from ON3.

Marshall is from West Chester, Ohio which is just outside of Cincinnati. According to 247Sports, he is the 12-best running back in this class. Marshall stands at 5’11 and 193 pounds and attends Archbishop Moeller, which is a powerhouse in Ohio.

Looking at his tape, Marshall is a player that would help the Buckeyes down the road. He’s a little shorter but has a nice burst and can run up the middle. He’d be a nice back to have if the Buckeyes are able to land him. It’d be really nice to take him from TTUN.

Next. Brian Hartline will call plays in the Spring. dark

It’s interesting that he has three Big Ten schools and Tennessee has his final four. He also hasn’t taken an official visit to Ohio State yet. In fact, he has only attended a camp at Ohio State. I’m sure an official visit will be needed before he makes any final decisions.
