3. The Ohio State football team is a true national title contender.

The Ohio State football team has only been threatened in a game once this season. That was in the opener without their best player. Since then, no one has come close. They look like one of the most dominant teams in the country when you take a look around.

Alabama should’ve lost to Texas, which is the only halfway decent team they’ve played so far. TTUN struggled against the best team they’ve played, which was Maryland this past weekend. Oklahoma lost to Kansas State. USC struggled against a terrible Oregon State team. Only Georgia looks like they are on the same plane as Ohio State right now.

If that’s the matchup we get in the national title game then that will be a great thing for college football fans around the country. Ohio State’s offense against Georgia’s defense would be a sight to behold. It very well could be the best game of the season.

There’s still a lot of football left to be played though. Georgia has a tough schedule in the SEC East and didn’t look great against Kent State this past weekend. Ohio State still has to play TTUN at the end of the season and play at Michigan State in a couple of weeks. A lot still needs to be decided.

But from what I saw on Saturday, Ohio State looks like one of the four best teams in the country without a doubt. There’s no reason this team shouldn’t be playing in the CFP this season.
