The Ohio State football team was able to beat Wisconsin 52-21 on Saturday night during their first Big Ten game of the season. It was a game that was never close after Ohio State jumped out to a quick 21-0 lead. Here are the grades for everyone on the offense.

Ohio State Buckeyes. QUARTERBACKS . B+. . QB

C.J. Stroud didn’t have his best game against the Badgers. Even with that being the case, he still threw for 5 touchdowns and 281 yards. He was only 17/27 though and he also threw his first interception of the season. But Stroud was still solid in the win.

A+. . RB. Ohio State Buckeyes. RUNNING BACKS

The Buckeyes wanted to establish the run early in this game and that’s exactly what they did. Both primary running backs were spectacular in this game. TreVeyon Henderson had 21 carries for 121 yards while Miyan Williams added another 101 yards on 11 carries. He also scored two touchdowns.

If the Ohio State football team is going to win a national championship, they have to be a balanced team. They know they can throw the ball at a high level. Running it at a high level will be necessary to win it all too. Even Dallan Hayden had 31 yards rushing in this one.

A+. . OL. Ohio State Buckeyes. OFFENSIVE LINE

This was the best performance of the season by the offensive line. This is one of the best defenses in the country and the O-line moved them off the line of scrimmage with ease in the running game. Stroud wasn’t sacked a single time either. It was domination up front.

A+. . TE. Ohio State Buckeyes. TIGHT ENDS

Cade Stover has turned into a real weapon for this offense. He had 4 catches for 51 yards and 2 touchdowns. He has done a great job owning the middle of the field and being a big red zone target. It’s refreshing seeing the tight end being such a big part of the offense.

. WR. Ohio State Buckeyes. WIDE RECEIVERS. A

Ohio State has the best group of receivers in the country. Playing yet again without Jaxon Smith-Njigba, the other receivers stepped up. Emeka Egbuka had 6 catches for 118 yards and 2 touchdowns. His play has been underrated this year. He’s been terrific.

Marvin Harrison Jr. had 3 catches for 45 yards. He didn’t catch a touchdown though, which is surprising for him. Julian Fleming did though. He had 4 receptions for 67 yards and a score. It was good to see him get involved as well after dealing with injuries.
