The Ohio State football team wins the National Championship

This is something that every Ohio State football fan is hoping for. Based on what I’ve seen from the defense in the Spring Game and the reports coming out of practice, I really think this is a possibility. Even if the Buckeyes lose a game, they are good enough to still win it all.

C.J. Stroud leads the best offense in the entire country. He very well could be a Heisman Finalist yet again and is actually the current favorite to win it. The offense as a whole is too dynamic for anyone to stop. It’s all up to the defense for this team to win a national title.

Even if the Buckeyes do stumble against Wisconsin, I think that they are good enough to be able to make adjustments after that game and not make the same mistakes again. Wisconsin will be the best running team that the Buckeyes face, and that’s the only way to beat them. You have to control the clock and keep Ohio State’s offense off the field.

This would be the first national title for the Buckeyes since that magical 2014 run. It would also mean that Ohio State has won the Big Ten’s last three national titles. That would tell you just how dominant of a program this is within the Big Ten Conference.

Next. Three games that will define Ohio State's season. dark

I really hope this prediction comes true. I tweeted out earlier in the week that I had a dream that the Buckeyes beat Utah in the National Championship Game 44-17. While I’m not quite ready to go that far with my bold predictions, that sounds pretty darn good to me.
