Former Ohio State football coach Urban Meyer was on Big Noon Kickoff, FOX’s pregame show, back in 2019 and 2020. He did that after he retired from Ohio State due to health issues. Last year, he had a disastrous time with the Jacksonville Jaguars as their head coach.

While Meyer was at FOX, he was widely celebrated for his segments on the show. He was really informative and really good in his analysis. It seems that FOX liked him enough to bring him back this year, despite the issues that followed him while he was in Jacksonville.

It was announced yesterday that Meyer will be back on Big Noon Kickoff this Fall. His segments were the best on the show. Ohio State football fans will get to see their former coach on TV once again. Enough time has passed now that fans may have forgiven him.

The Buckeyes will be featured as the noon game often this season, so Ohio State football fans will get to see a lot of Meyer on the pregame show. I’m sure Meyer will be rooting for the Buckeyes whenever they have sets on site for Buckeye games.

Perhaps this is what Meyer needs to help rehabilitate his image. He stayed away from the public eye for a while after some stuff came about that happened while he was in Jacksonville. This might get some non-Buckeye fans to get on his side again.

I think Meyer will do great on the show once again. He should continue to be the best part of the show once again this year.
