We know that the Ohio State football team plays a tough opponent in Utah. The Buckeyes were going to have a tough time beating them before opt-outs. Now, it becomes harder. To win the game, Ohio State is going to have to a strong dose of the rung game.

TreVeyon Henderson is going to be a player to watch in this game. He is someone that needs to get the ball often and early. Running the ball opens up the deep ball, which will soften up the defense even further. C.J. Stroud is a good deep ball thrower too, so play-action helps him out.

Henderson has had a really good freshman season. He had 1,172 yards and 15 touchdowns. He averaged an astounding 7 yards per carry. Now, he needs to have one more good game to keep the Buckeyes ahead in this game against a tough Utah defense.

Stroud should still put up some big numbers, but Henderson is the key to helping him get those numbers. If Henderson and Miyan Williams can put up big numbers on the ground early n the game, the safeties are going to start to creep up. That’s when Stroud can attack through the air.

Ryan Day has had about a month to prepare for this game. He has players that want to end the season on a high note by winning this game. They are the more talented team. There’s really no excuse for the Ohio State football team to not win this game.

The Rose Bowl should be a memorable game for Buckeye fans. Whether it’s a win or a loss, this game will sum up the season well. Either we find out that this team is resilient and motivated to not repeat their mistakes, or they are soft. There’s really no in-between.
