The Ohio State football team is coming into the game this week having won two games in a row that were closer than they were supposed to be. Even so, they were both wins. That’s all that matters, and Ohio State will try to get another one on Saturday against Purdue.

Purdue will be looking to once again upset a top-ranked team. They come into this game having beaten third-ranked Michigan State in West Lafayette. Now the Boilermakers head on the road to try and do the same thing this week in Columbus.

Ohio State is looking for another win to put them one step closer to the final four in the CFP Rankings. As long as they win out, they should be fine to do just that. This is also a revenge game for the Buckeyes as the last two times these teams played, Purdue beat Ohio State.

The Week 11 betting odds on WynnBET have the Buckeyes as 20 point favorites right now. That’s a higher line than they had for both Penn State and Nebraska. The over/under is set at 63. The Buckeyes failed to cover the spread in each of the last two games.

Ohio State football vs. Purdue prediction Week 11

The Buckeyes have had some struggles in some concerning areas recently. Ryan Day knows that those areas need to be fixed before playing a team like Purdue that is coming in with a ton of confidence despite knowing that they are the less talented team.

Like I said before though, this is a revenge game for the Buckeyes. There are still a few members from that 2018 team on the roster that remembers what happened in West Lafayette, including Chris Olave. I’m sure they’re going to be motivated to make sure that doesn’t happen again.

I’m not sure the Buckeyes cover, but they win the game. I have them winning 38-20 in the Shoe.
