The Ohio State football team gets to play their first game since the initial CFP ranking came out. They are ranked 5th and are looking to play their way into the top four. In order to do that, they must win the rest of their games. They must be careful to avoid a slip-up.

This week is one of those games where a slip-up needs to be avoided. The Buckeyes head to Nebraska to take on a team that has been battered and bruised all season long. Scott Frost is looking for a signature win to possibly save his job. A win over Ohio State could do that.

Ryan Day is working to keep his team focused on the task at hand. Having his team not look ahead is paramount this late in the season. They had a tough win against Penn State last week in a night game. This week will be a noon kickoff against a totally different team.

While I expect the Buckeyes to win, anything is possible. I have three bold predictions for this game that could happen. All three predictions are good for Ohio State if they happen. If they don’t the Buckeyes could still win the game because of how bad the Cornhuskers are.

The first of these bold predictions have to deal with the offensive side of the ball. After the offense struggled against Penn State, here is how I think they react to a little adversity against Nebraska.
