I was one of the many Ohio State football fans that sat in the rain last week in Bloomington to cheer the Buckeyes on to a win. That rain was miserable because it never stopped. It never really lightened up that much either. It was just a steady rain the entire game.

Buckeye fans are hoping for better weather this weekend against Penn State. It is once again a night game and fans should be out in droves for this one. It would be great if weather wasn’t a factor in this game as it was last week against the Hoosiers.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look that way right now. There’s a chance it could rain all day long tomorrow. It will definitely be raining in the morning and into the early afternoon during the tailgate. The question is whether or not it will stop before kickoff.

As of right now, it doesn’t look like it will. There is still a 44% chance of rain by the time kickoff rolls around at 7:30 pm. There is also at least a 30% chance of rain all the way until 11 pm. That means the Buckeyes could be playing yet another game in the rain the entire time.

As an Ohio State football fan who will once again be in attendance, I really hope it doesn’t rain the whole game. I would like to not be miserable watching the game. The one good news is that it’s not supposed to be super cold; it will be 55 at kickoff and it will only drop to 52 by 11.

My advice to you if you’re going to the game tomorrow would be to pack some ponchos because it’s going to be a wet one. Penn State hasn’t played in weather like this yet, so Ohio State has the advantage having just played in a rainstorm last week.

No matter what the weather is, Ohio State should still be able to win this game. They are too talented not to.
