Ohio State football freshman rushes for 200+ yards

TreVeyon Henderson has been a monster so far this season. He has had moments that make him look like the best running back in the entire country. He’s one of the most important players on this team and the Buckeyes will need to get him more involved.

Henderson has struggled slightly in his last couple of games by his standards in terms of his rushing totals. He was held out of the second half of the Maryland game out of caution due to a stinger in his shoulder. He should be fully healthy and ready to go in this one though.

I would expect Henderson to respond in a big way. While IU has a pretty good defense, Henderson is the best overall running back that they have seen so far this season. There’s not going to be very much that they can do to stop him on the ground.

I think there’s a real possibility that he runs for over 200 yards in this one. Ryan Day will want to establish the run early and I can see Henderson breaking off some long runs early in this ballgame. He’s a home run threat every time he gets the ball in his hands.

If he rushes for this many yards, the Hoosiers have absolutely no chance to win this game. Henderson having that many yards would also mean that the Buckeyes are dominating the time of possession. That’s not good for IU.

The second bold prediction has us move over to the defensive side of the ball.
