Ohio State’s offense is going to be one of the best in the country

A common argument I have heard is that with Ohio State starting a new quarterback, this is the best chance Michigan has to win. First of all, we have heard that each of the last two times these teams have met. The Buckeyes have earned two big wins. Rather than looking like the offense will take a huge step backward, all signs point to Ohio State being just as dominant on that side of the ball.

Even though C.J. Stroud is a first-year starter in college football, he seems to be more than capable of keeping the Buckeyes playing at a high level. Combine that with an All-World wide receiver room, the best returning offensive line, and one of the deepest running back groups, and there is no reason Ohio State will not be able to put 100 on Michigan this fall.

Even against the best defenses in the league, this offense should be able to put up points at will and dictate the pace of the game. Until Michigan’s defense shows up in big games, I won’t be labeling them as one of the best defenses in the league. Ohio State has more than enough talent to win blow past Michigan and put up plenty of points.

The Buckeyes should have great years from Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson at the wide receiver position. That should help bolster the entire offense, which would easily push them past the weak defense that TTUN has.
