The Ohio State football program is ready to defend their Big Ten titles, but just how high can the Buckeyes go in 2021?
We have already look at bold predictions for the offense, and what the Silver Bullets might look like on defense. But in this segment, we will take a look at what the Buckeyes might be able to accomplish as a team.
Ryan Day is preparing for another great run with a highly talented team. There will be new faces that will need to step up, but the expectations for Ohio State are always to win a Big Ten title and make a run at the College Football Playoffs. These expectations are no different this year.
After an unprecedented year last year, the Buckeyes were able to have a normal offseason which will help with development and cohesion throughout the season. Ryan Day is in his third year as head coach, with standout defensive coordinator, Kerry Coombs, now entering his second year.
The normalcy in the offseason will help Coombs establish what his unit is able to do and the hope around Columbus is that the Ohio State defense is once again one of the best in the country, while the offense should once again shine under Day.
With high hopes and expectations, here is what I think the Buckeyes accomplish this year.
