The Ohio State football season starts later this month. We don’t know who will start where quite yet, but we go ahead and project the starters before that game gets here.

The Ohio State football team has a lot of questions at key positions on their roster. Before the season starts, there are several questions that need to be answered. That’s unusual for a team that is ranked as highly as the Buckeyes are, as they are ranked fourth to start out.

Even though they have questions, Ohio State deserved this ranking. They have transcendent players like Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson, and Haskell Garrett. All of those players are good enough to carry this team during certain stretches of the upcoming season.

There will be some new starters this season. Obviously, the big one is at the quarterback position. That is the most important position on the field and the player that can determine just how far this team goes. Day will be making a decision on that position soon.

We will start looking on the offensive side of the ball. That is the side of the ball that is more interesting when it comes to new starters anyway. We will project who we think will be the starters at each position. We won’t worry about going any deeper than that right now.
