Henry To’o To’o is transferring from Tennessee and has the Ohio State football program at the top of his list. He will be making his decision soon.

The Ohio State football program needs help at linebacker. They lost their entire starting corp to the NFL Draft after a solid 2020 from that group. Now, the starting lineup will be brand new faces. The Buckeyes might be getting help from the transfer portal to help out with that.

As we mentioned before, Henry To’o To’o has the Buckeyes on his list of teams that he could transfer to. From what I’ve heard, To’o To’o has Ohio State at the top of his list now and will be making his decision soon, even as soon as later this week. He previously played at Tennessee.

As a high school player, To’o To’o was a four-star linebacker that was listed as the third-best outside linebacker in the country. His time at Tennessee didn’t work out because of their coaching issues that led Jeremy Pruitt to be fired. Now, he’s looking elsewhere to resume his college career.

To’o To’o would immediately become the best linebacker on Ohio State’s roster. He has played in 21 games over the last two years and played significant stats in Knoxville. In fact, he was one of their starters. He would also start in Columbus if he did indeed decide to come and play for Ryan Day.

If To’o To’o does come to Columbus, it would likely be Teradja Mitchell who is the odd man out. He was going to have to fight for a starting position anyway. He would definitely be pushed out if the Buckeyes decide to primarily play a 4-2-5 instead of a 4-3.

It seems to be between Ohio State and Alabama for To’o To’o. It would be great to land a player over Bama. The Buckeyes need to accumulate talent, especially at that position. Of course, we will let you know when he makes a decision and what that decision ultimately is.
