The former Ohio State football player has signed his first endorsement deal since declaring for the NFL Draft.

Justin Fields should be one of the first picks in the 2021 NFL Draft after having two very successful seasons with the Ohio State football program. He is one of the top prospects in the entire Draft and certainly will be a first-round pick.

Brands from all over will certainly come calling once Fields gets drafted. They will use him to be the face of whatever product they are trying to sell. While other companies may come in later, Fields has already signed an endorsement deal with the first one to want his services.

Fields signed his first endorsement deal with C4 Energy today. It is an energy drink that is available nationwide. Fields is the first NFL athlete to sign an endorsement deal with the company, as they already have Lonzo Ball from the NBA and Te’a Cooper from the WNBA signed according to a press release.

This deal just means that Fields is taking the next step in his pro football journey. Endorsements are a big deal for most NFL players. Fields getting a deal done before the Draft later this month just shows that he is trying to do more than just show off for NFL teams.

Fields will be one of the few African American quarterbacks in the league. Not only that, but he is a man of extremely high character and a great football player. He will have brands from all over asking to sign deals with them. That will start as soon as a team decides to take him.

Most Ohio State football players make almost as much money off the field as they do on the field with endorsements. Fields is about to be the next one to do just that.
