Ohio State vs. Michigan State: Weather report
By Ryan Stano
Ohio State plays in East Lansing tomorrow afternoon. Even though Michigan State just had a big upset of Northwestern, they need all the help they can get against the Buckeyes. Will the weather help them out?
As of now, the Buckeyes are slated to play Michigan State in East Lansing. I say as of now because Ohio State’s game against Illinois got canceled on Friday last week, so we don’t know for sure until the game actually starts. It still looks pretty good to be played right now.
The Buckeyes haven’t played in two weeks though. They could be rusty. They also have played in some really good weather so far this season for the most part. If that’s the case again this week, Michigan State will have less of a chance to pull another upset.
The weather looks pretty good on Saturday. It looks like the temperature will be 33 degrees when the game kicks off and will rise up to 35 by the end of it. It will be partly cloudy throughout the game with just minimal wind. Pretty good weather in Michigan for the first week of December.
That’s bad news for the Spartans. Even though the Buckeyes will be missing some players due to COVID and won’t have Ryan Day either, they need all the breaks they can get to pull off a massive upset. Unfortunately, the weather won’t be on their side.
The good weather means that Justin Fields should be able to throw the ball around without any issues. Hopefully, this game will actually be played.
