Weather didn’t play a factor in Ohio State’s first game of the season against Nebraska. Will it tonight against Penn State?

Ohio State faces off against the Nittany Lions tonight at 7:30 on ABC. It will be the toughest game the Buckeyes play on the road this season, and perhaps the hardest game overall. They don’t have to deal with fans in the stands tonight, but will they have to deal with bad weather?

Last week, the rain finished well before game time. Tonight, there is no rain to speak of in State College. It will be clear skies all throughout the game. It will be a little chilly though, with the game-time temperature at 40 degrees. It won’t get too much colder throughout the night either.

It won’t be windy during the game either. Winds will only be at 6-7 mph throughout the contest. That means Justin Fields shouldn’t have any issues throwing the ball around. It also means that Penn State has one less thing that could help them beat the Buckeyes.

Ohio State has the most talent between these two teams. That should show tonight now that there will be no issues with fans or the weather. The only way Penn State has a chance in this game now is to play a flawless game and get a little lucky too.

Of course, this is college football so anything can happen. You still have to respect the opponent every single week. If you don’t, you could end up with an L next to your name once the game is finished.
