Ohio State Twitter was abuzz with recruiting rumors, including stuff from current commits themselves. Things are heating up.

The Buckeyes have been doing really well in recruiting. Every Buckeye fan knows that. But it’s incredible just how well they have been doing in this cycle. They are the second-best class in the country, but now they might be moved to number one soon.

In addition to being favorites to land top-ranked defensive end J.T. Tuimoloau, if you believe Twitter, they might be in line to grab some serious talent elsewhere on the field too. Dasan McCullough, a 2022 linebacker recruit, seems to think something big is about to happen.

After McCullough said that, several other Ohio State targets chimed in on Twitter as well. All of these guys have serious talent too.

Even Bennett Christian, a tight end recruit for 2022, doesn’t seem to know what’s going on in the Buckeye recruiting Twitterverse.

Every single one of these guys has some serious game. They are all at least four-star recruits. Tatum is a four-star athlete, Johnson is a 5-star cornerback, and Jackson is also a five-star cornerback. These are guys everyone in the country is trying to sign.

Ohio State has recruited and developed a lot of defensive back talent over the years. They are Best in America, or BIA. Adding any single one of these guys would be great for the program. Even though all of these guys were tweeting, that might not even be the biggest news.

Perhaps the biggest news is that the number one receiver in the 2022 class is now projected to go to Ohio State. That man is five-star recruit Caleb Burton out of Del Valle, Texas. If he were to come to Columbus, that would be the third straight year that the number one receiver has chosen Ohio State, following Garret Wilson and Julian Fleming.

I am very interested to see what all the fuss on Twitter is about. I’m sure you guys are too, and if we hear anything we will immediately get something out.
