Ohio State Football: 3 observations on Ohio State schedule
By Alex Austin
November is usually the time of the year when Ohio State fans start thinking about how bad they are going to beat Michigan the weekend after Thanksgiving.
This year The Game will already be in the review mirror by the time November hits, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t going to be good games.
In what many expect to be the two best teams in the Big Ten this year, Penn State will host Ohio State on November 7th. Being later in the season leaves the chance that there could be more fans in seats, but regardless of capacity, this should be the hardest game for the Buckeyes this year.
With many expecting Ohio State and Penn State to be undefeated entering their game, November still contains one of the most important games of the year.
Once Penn State is finished, Ohio State will get a bye-week before they take on Iowa.
This will either be a game where the Buckeyes are mad about a loss to the Nittany Lions, or the game that will clinch a fourth straight trip to the Big Ten Championship game.
Iowa is a team that is expected to compete for the Big Ten West so there is a good chance both these teams are ranked highly going into this showdown.
With two games against potentially ranked opponents, November should still bring plenty of fireworks.
