Ohio State Football: Ranking 2020 schedule by difficulty
By Alex Austin
The cream of the crop in terms of difficultly. Both of these games are road games against top-notch opponents. These games will have been circled early by the Buckeyes.
@ Oregon
A marquee matchup against a west coast opponent will have all eyes turned at the Buckeyes. This game’s difficulty could also vary depending on what crowds are allowed into the stadium at the early point of this season.
Regardless, Oregon is a very good team. They will be switching quarterback but this team is still loaded with talent.
Generally ranked as the 5th best team at the end of the season, this will be a battle of two teams that expect to be in the playoffs at the end of the season.
@ Penn State
The toughest game on Ohio State’s schedule is their clash with Penn State. This will be a road game and no matter what time the game is at or if there will be fans, Penn State is a good football team.
The Nittany Lions have played the Buckeyes closer than anyone the last three years and this could be the game that decides the Big Ten East again.
