LB Malik Harrison, 98th overall, Baltimore Ravens

Even as a third round selection (NaVorro Bowman was 91st overall and was on pace for a Hall of Fame career before injuries derailed his career), Malik Harrison has the talent and leadership to be the heart of a defense for years to come, like Ray Lewis was in Baltimore for 17 years.

During his career at Ohio State, Harrison was at the heart of the Ohio State defense and racked up an incredible statline of 205 career total tackles (29 for a loss), 9 sacks and 9 pass deflections.

Harrison should be able to instantly plug into a Baltimore defense that, paired with an offense made up of Lamar Jackson, Mark Ingram II and J.K. Dobbins, could lead the way to the franchise’s third Super Bowl win.

Depending on what defensive formation the Ravens run in 2020, Harrison will either work alongside fellow middle linebacker and 2020 draftee Patrick Queen (LSU), or compete with him for a spot in the heart of the Ravens’ defense. Sandwiched between two of the NFL’s best defensive units (line and secondary), can Harrison take the Ravens’ defense to even greater heights in 2020 and beyond?
