The Ohio State football team continues to have players selected in the 2020 NFL Draft. This time RB JK Dobbins is the pick who gets an ideal fit in Baltimore alongside MVP Lamar Jackson.

Former RB for the Ohio State football team, JK Dobbins, had to prove doubters throughout college. It appears he will have to do the same at the professional level as Dobbins fell to the 55th overall pick in the NFL Draft.

Many expected Dobbins to go early in the second round or even late in the first, but being overlooked may turn into a blessing in disguise. The former Buckeye has explosive speed and an incredible work ethic which fuels his bruising ground attack.

Baltimore already had a plethora of offensive weapons, but Dobbins lining up alongside MVP Lamar Jackson and RB Mark Ingram will make the Ravens a nearly unstoppable force.

John Harbaugh’s team will have the most potent rushing offense in the NFL with their new acquisition of Dobbins who could be the tipping point to reaching a Super Bowl.

In his time at Ohio State, JK made an impact from his first start in 2017 in Bloomington where he ran for nearly 200 yards as a true freshman. He eclipsed the 1,000 yard mark in each of his three seasons in Columbus including rushing for more than 2,000 in 2019.

Of course, his time in the Buckeye state included three wins over That Team Up North. Ironically enough that’s not the last Dobbins will see of the Harbaugh brothers as he will go from beating Jim to being coached by John.

JK Dobbins always gave his very best when his team needed him the most. He was a workhorse for the Buckeyes and showed up in the big time moments on the greatest stages. He combined for over 1,000 yards on the ground against the sixth toughest defenses Ohio State faced in 2019 per Jerry Emig.

Ohio State proved once again to be DBU. dark. Next

Dobbins is an elite RB and seemingly the most underrated in the draft. We wish him all the best and anticipate seeing his name in the Offensive Rookie of the Year race this year.
