The Ohio State football program has a former Buckeye playing in the Super Bowl tomorrow as Nick Bosa will suit up for the 49ers. What can we expect to see?

Former defensive end for the Ohio State football team, Nick Bosa will play in Super Bowl LIV tomorrow as he will cap off a terrific rookie season in which he earned the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Year award, the PFWA Rookie of the Year Award, as well as Pro Bowl honors.

With Bosa already having a huge season, racking up 47 tackles and nine sacks in the regular season, and 10 tackles and three sacks in two playoff games, I expect the former Buckeye to have a huge Super Bowl.

While Kansas City Chief quarterback Patrick Mahomes is amazing and I expect him to still put up huge numbers tomorrow, I think Bosa will rattle him a little. Mahomes was sacked 17 times in 14 regular season games this year and 26 times in 16 regular season games last year. He was also sacked twice against the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship Game a couple of weeks ago.

For Bosa, in addition to 12 total sacks in the regular season and playoffs combined, he also got hits on the QB in every game this season but three. In eight of those games he had two quarterback hits or more – this guy knows how to get to the quarterback.

With the combination of Bosa getting to quarterbacks with ease and Mahomes certainly not being immune to getting sacked, I expect the former OSU great to have a big game on Sunday.

My prediction? I think Bosa will have one sack and six tackles in the game. He could go for more in each category though, and even get up to three or four quarterback hits.

The Super Bowl is always a worldwide event, so buckle up world. Nick Bosa will be under the lights tomorrow.
