6. Chargers – Justin Herbert QB Oregon

Herbert’s prototypical size and arm strength checks every box to be the next successor to Philip Rivers. Despite inconsistency issues, Herbert’s upside is what Anthony Lynn needs for his offense.

7. Panthers – Derrick Brown DT Auburn

With CB Jeff Okudah taken by the Lions early, first year HC Matt Rhule will look to rebuild this defensive front. Brown’s size and speed makes him one of the most dominant players in this class. His ability to defend the run and contribute to the pass rush will be a quality pick for the Panthers.

8. Cardinals – Jerry Jeudy WR Alabama

Jeudy will be the 1st WR drafted among this very talented group of WR prospects. His quick release off the line, explosiveness and his ability to stretch opposing defenses will give Cardinals QB Kyler Murray an immediate offensive weapon.

With Larry Fitzgerald returning for his 17th season, Jeudy will have the opportunity to learn from one of the best of all time.

9. Jaguars – Isaiah Simmons LB Clemson

Simmons is a sideline-to-sideline player with the ability to cover running backs, tight ends and receivers. His natural build, athleticism and toughness is just what this struggling Jaguars defense needs heading into the 2020 season.

10. Browns – Austin Jackson OT USC

Jackson will provide immediate aid to this Browns offensive line, which will result in an improved Baker Mayfield led offense in 2020. The 6’6” 305lb offensive tackle has quick feet and plays with good leverage. This will be a step in the right direction for first year Head Coach Kevin Stefanski.
