The Buckeyes do not go undefeated but still make the playoff.

Ohio State’s schedule looks pretty good for the Buckeyes. The big games are spread out more than they were this year, and Michigan will be in the Horseshoe.

There are still some very difficult contests the Buckeyes have, and I don’t think they get through the season without a loss.

The game I am most concerned about is Penn State. Happy Valley, on the road is one of the toughest environments to play in.

If this game is at night, I think the whiteout is too much for Ohio State to handle.

And make no mistake, Penn State should be very good next year. This already looks like the most difficult game on Ohio State’s schedule and it is a game they could very well lose.

Even with a loss, I think Ohio State makes the playoffs. This is one of the few games I see where Ohio State is tested.

A win over Oregon will put the Pac-12 in trouble from the start, and I think a dominate Ohio State team makes it in over a team that struggled to win.

This could be the year the Big Ten gets two teams into the playoffs, (Ohio State with 1 loss, Penn State undefeated).
